CLIENTELE – BUYERS; TRADERS; SALES FACILITATORS/ INTERMEDIARIES/ BROKERS/AGENTS; AND ALL OTHER PERSONAGES AND ENTITIES ENGAGED IN THE PURCHASE OF PETROLEUM COMMODITIES OF GENIUS GLOBAL IMPORT AND EXPORT CORP. (GGIEC)
ACCREDITED SELLERS/PERSONAGES AND ENTITIES AUTHORIZED TO MARKET THE PETROLEUM COMMODITIES OF GENIUS GLOBAL IMPORT AND EXPORT CORP. (GGIEC)
For purposes of qualifying the validity of SALES AND PURCHASE AGREEMENTS/CONTRACTS; i.e.: between GENIUS GLOBAL IMPORT AND EXPORT CORP (GGIEC) being the SELLER and the PROSPECTIVE BUYER/S, the conclusion, hence, signing of Parties – in – Agreement for this particular transactions shall only be honored if and when facilitated at any of the following official venues, to wit:

Due this purpose, ACCREDITED SELLERS/ PERSONAGES AND ENTITIES authorized by GGIEC to market/sell its petroleum commodity are hereby advised to arrange the Table-Talk Meeting (TTM) schedule of the agreeing parties.
